    LUCKY GIRL

This is a true story told by girl's father.

A girl went with her girlfriends on vacation to Portugal. When she returned home, tetters appeared on her face.

She went to the doctor. As the doctor did not know the cause, he decided to give a sample for analysis.
When the results arrived, the doctor phoned a girl. He told her to come in the health center.
There were few doctors and police officers. Doctor asked her where she was, with who and what she was doing.
He told her that these tetters occur only if you come into a contact with the corpse.
    Girl was shocked.
She said that was with a boy. They hugged and kissed. He invited her to his home few times but she didn't go.
But she knew his full name.
Police found this boy through Interpol.

When they entered in his apartment, they found three corpses of young girls.

Fascinating, this story shows do not trust strangers yet from birth everyone is a stranger until we become aquainted! Yet another scare story to keep our young in little isolated boxes.

She was very smart indeed, it really must have freaked her some when she found out just why she didn't feel she could trust him. Good thing she listened to her senses. What a sad thing for the girls that went to his home. It just goes to show there are some mistakes where just one is to many... ;-)

The only connection is that they found him through tetters. So, my point here wasn't the tetters and how you can get them (if) from other people. The specific bacteria on corpse causes some version of tetters. They probably don't develop on every person. So, when the results from analysis came, they knew that somehow she was in contact with a corpse. Obviously through him. So, the point I see in this story is, that this girl was smart enough that she didn't go to his home. If she did, she would be probably the 4th victim.

What's the connection between the tetters and the serial killer ? I don't get it.

because English isn't my first language, I had to look for the meaning of "tetters" as well, and what I found in the Farlex Dictionnary was this definition: "Any of various skin diseases, such as eczema, psoriasis, or herpes, characterized by eruptions and itching" like you added, so I think, this story is too common: girls at the typical age of unclear skin could become afraid of the nicest and most harmless people they came in touch with just because of some acne-spots appearing on their or the other ones faces. If I had a daughter, I won't tell her this horror-story instead of talking to her seriously about being careful with new aquaintances.

Interesting dear Tanja, but what are tetters? I hope you and Kyra will have a nice weekend if you can. It is getting cooler here now, summer is over for sure. I am ok, just upgraded the graphics card in my pc and it works much better now. Graphics cards are cheaper now than what they were when I bought this pc. Anyway, take care my dear friend, I always enjoy your visits and comments... ;-)
